Christmas Stress

I don't have Christmas Stress.  Well, maybe finding childcare when parties
arise, but even if I can't, I just enjoy my little guy so much, not going to a
party is a non-issue.  Anyhooooo, if you are feeling a little poopy here's an idea....

1.  Go to town square and Hug Santa.

2.  Enjoy a smile from Jeff, Keith, Ann, Zeke, Zach, Catherine etc                                                                       and a 2 for 1 glass of wine from Nani's.

3.  Volunteer and/or attend the nice 6:15pm,Wednesday Evening
Community Dinner at The Presbyterian Church

4.  Get a Tootsy Footsy Massage

Thanksgiving Calorie Stress

Holidays are stressful, but a fun kind of stress.
The idea of consuming (American Average) 4500
glutinous calories in ONE meal is devastating.

FEEL GOOD remedy #3 for Thanksgiving Calorie Stress

1.  Ohfuhgodsakes! Hug yourself

Instead of salad with blue cheese dressing, roast turkey with gravy,
buttery mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing with gravy, creamy
mushroom string bean casserole, corn pudding (don't ask),
yams or sweet potato with marshmallow crap,
apple/pumpkin pie with ice cream & whipped cream etc,
burp, gag and so on.....

Make a salad with different lettuces, apples, raisins, mandarin,
walnuts with a sesame dressingherbed, sea salted & peppered
roast turkey, steamed green beans, baked assorted sliced
root veggies (beets, carrots, yams, sweet potato, redpotato,
turnip) basted in EVOO ,baked for 25 min or so, fresh
cranberry and pineapple sauce, OK...a little gravy-less stuffing
finished with apple/pumpkin pie with ice cream &
whipped cream (cause I am not THAT big of a buzz kill).

Happy Thanksgiving!

Sinus Stress

I just returned from a sunny vacation with my mother and son.
I departed with a slight sinus cough and returned with a more
intense sinus cough along with some finer details.

Still not feeling well today (cough/clogged ear)
so I am posting my 1st FEEL GOOD remedy:

1. Wake up, hug and kiss your child (or dog or cat or both/all).
Travel to kitchen boil water, squeeze fresh lemon and stir in some honey (or agave).
